AppointFlow: connecting appointment requests to the doctor’s queue

I built and deployed AppointFlow, a hospital appointment and queue management PWA with separate doctor and staff dashboards. Its workflows include doctor-wise queues, rescheduling and consultation tracking.
The system implements hospital-scoped access, UHID-linked patient history and atomic queue tokens. Database verification checks help prevent duplicate or unverified request bookings.
Website requests connect to a staff-verified booking flow. Server-Sent Events keep reception informed of incoming requests. I also trained the reception staff at Anand Hospital to use the system.
